dates for independents is May 14-15, 2026.  if you are removing beds (or any other furniture) you need to check-in may 12TH.  if not, you can check in on may 34th.  check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 11 AM.

if you are planning to hold meetings on the day of your check out, passed noon, you will need to rent it another full day.

YES.  ONE (1) FREE BADGE IS INCLUDED WITH EACH EXHIBITING SUITE.  IF YOU HAVE 2, SUITE, YOU’LL GET (2) FREE BADGES, ETC.  INSTRUCTIONS ON REGISTERING THE FREE BADGES WILL BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR SUITE CONFIRMATION.  

Outside Your Exhibiting Suite: you are not able to place any banners or posters outside your suite, in the hallways.  security will remove any items outside your suite as it is a fire hazard. 

We recommend ordering the graphic door sign with your suite number.  you can download the order form via forms & downloads.

Inside your exhibiting suite:  you are not able to tape anything to the walls, frames and/or furniture. 

We have some graphic options that you can order from our authorized vendor.  You can find these options via the forms & downloads section.

exhibitors are only allowed to hold meetings in their exhibiting suites/space not in the lobby, lounge, or restaurant.  

You are able to connect to the TV’s inside the suites (via HDMI, USB).  For more details on the TV’s, refer to the forms & downloads section under Exhibiting.

if you are not sleeping in the bedroom of the exhibiting suite and are holding meetings in the bedroom:  bed removal is REQUIRED.  PRICING is $400.00.

IF excessive marketing material, garbage is left behind in your exhibiting suite(s), the hotel will charge a fee of $250.00.

Hotel does not have storage space for crates, pallets, or large shipments. Any materials to be sent to Hotel may arrive no earlier than three (3) days prior to your arrival date. A Handling and Storage House Charge will be assessed as stated below.

The Handling and Storage House Charge is used to offset costs of utilities and equipment, and other non-labor expenses. The Handling and Storage House Charge is not a tip or gratuity for services provided by employees and is not distributed to

employees. Hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damage to materials set to Hotel.

all room nights + tax will be charged upon receiving of your exhibiting form.  these charges are non-refundable.

The hotel will need to send an online credit card authorization form to each client individually, as needed. Unfortunately, the hotel is not able to generate a single form for general distribution, since each form is proprietary to the specific guest or client.

parking: there are public parking garages within a short walk of SLS Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Beverly Hills. The hotel mainly offers valet parking ($70/day), but several nearby public options are available.
